My name is Jonah Kane-West (he/him/his). I work with couples, individuals and families who want to improve the quality of their relationships and life experience. My typical clients seek therapy because they are feeling stuck in a painful pattern of behavior; they feel overwhelmed in attempting to cope with a major loss or change of life circumstance; they are experiencing distressing thoughts and feelings that seem to intrude on their sense of inner balance. I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS Level 1) with advanced training in Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT Externship & Core Skills). Prior to counseling, I worked as a performing and teaching musician for almost a decade. I have practiced meditation for over 20 years and played Division I tennis at UT Austin. I am a heterosexual cisgender man, married and father to two young children. I'd be happy to schedule a free 15-20 min consult call to determine if I might be a good fit for you.
